Margaret Farrell is a critic, pop culture essayist, and professional haver of thoughts. She likes to think about the stories we tell ourselves to get through the day, to make peace with time. She studied music journalism and cultural criticism at New York University and has since written for outlets including Stereogum, Pitchfork, NYLON, SPIN, GQ, and NPR. These days, she’s based in London, where she’s working toward an MFA in Creative Writing at City St George’s, University of London.
